South Korean fashion designer Andre Kim has died at the age of 75, his son said Friday.

The popular designer passed away late Thursday at the Seoul National University hospital where he was being treated for pneumonia, Kim Joong-Do told reporters.

The latest Yumi collection has definitely caught my eye. They have the perfect clothes for summer,with vibrant colours, gorgeous hand stitched embroidery and lots of cute, creative embellishments, like beads, sequins and jewels.

I personally love it because one item of clothing can be so different to the next and have a totally unique feel to them. For example one will have a patchwork affect, one will be tie dye and then the next could be a silky number. I’m not the only one who is a big fan, loads of celebs have been seen wearing the clothes. One of my faves Ferne Cotton has a number of pieces. She’s just the sort of person who wears the clothes, she’s a young, funky and fun type of woman people associate with the brand. Sienna Miller has been seen in Yumi clothes too, so if it’s good enough for an A-lister then it’s good enough for us, don’ t you think?

We are so spoilt for choice though, there are so many lovely clothes about to take us into summer. Another brand that looks like it will be on everyone’s backs this summer is PUFFY. You may not know much about this brand yet but trust me when I say you will. It was established in 2003 but very little is known about the designers behind it. Asia Fashion Exchange’s range of exciting consumer and trade initiatives will include Audi Fashion Festival (AFF)—a showcase of top international designers and labels; and Blueprint—an industry event for international fashion professionals that will culminate in a much anticipated shopping event open to every fashion conscious consumer.

MasterCard will also be working with the Orchard Road Business Association for Fashion Seasons @ Orchard—a six week fashion retail initiative involving in-mall fashion events and promotions along Singapore’s main shopping belt, Orchard Road.
As the official card of Fashion Season @ Orchard, the Audi Fashion Festival and Blueprint, MasterCard cardholders will be treated to a host of special privileges and priceless experiences.

For Fashion Season @ Orchard, MasterCard cardholders will get shopping privileges at the ten participating malls and over 50 merchants. They will also enjoy priority access to and discounts on ticket prices to FS@O events.
